Once you are on the phone or in chat with a technician Click the buy now button below to pre-pay for your service. If you select a flat rate service you only pay the amount listed.  Very rarely a  connection cannot be made, in these cases  your card will not be charged. If we make a connection, but your problem cannot be repaired remotely and you decline on site or in shop services your card will only be charged a $10 diagnostic fee. If you choose to schedule a service call or drop off service your card will not be charged.
